Pete Brocklesby
Strategic Business Development
Pete combines military experience and commercial acumen, adding these skills to CES’s growth strategy. A former UK Armed Forces officer and senior executive of a major US defence corporation, he has extensive experience in integrating and commercialising advanced technologies. Pete plays a critical role in forging new partnerships for CES and spearheading the company’s strategic business development.

Richard is an experienced environmental solutions leader with a deep passion for improving the world we live in, leading him to venture into satellite technology and water-use innovation in addition to his decades of experience in many diverse industries. As the spearhead of the sales and marketing division, Richard is dedicated to making CES a leader in the field of providing key solutions where they are needed the most.

Nick and Talbott are the original inventors of Electro-Catalytic Aeration, the breakthrough technology at CES’s core. Their decades-long partnership in nanosciences and environmental engineering has produced patented innovations involving the oil industry, water treatment, sanitation, and agriculture.
